What we collect when you join the Content Vitae waitlist, and what we do with it.

Who we are

Content Vitae is being built by Viralect, who is responsible for your information (the “data controller”). You can contact us at sophia@viralect.com.

What we collect

• Your email address.
• If you choose to tell us, whether you’re here as a creator, a brand or organisation, an investor, or just curious.
• The date you signed up, and a record that you agreed to hear from us.

That’s all. This site doesn’t use tracking cookies, advertising pixels or analytics tools.

Why we collect it

To email you about Content Vitae’s launch and to invite people to our founding beta. We use the optional “I’m here as…” answer to understand who is interested, so we can invite the right people and send relevant updates.

We rely on your consent to do this. You can withdraw it at any time.

Who can see it

Only the Content Vitae team. We will never sell your details or share them with brands, advertisers or anyone else for their own use.

Your details are stored with our database provider, Supabase, and this site is hosted by Cloudflare. They process data on our behalf and under our instructions. If we later use an email service to send updates, it will do the same.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to remove it, or 12 months after the founding beta ends, whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can unsubscribe at any time. Just email sophia@viralect.com. Every email we send will also include a way to unsubscribe.

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
